No Sugar Soft Banana Toddler Cookies Recipe

Although we love baking we aren’t really big sugar eaters. I think the biggest fan of sugar in our house is my husband. For this reason it was no surprise to anyone that the baby also doesn’t care for sugar. On birthdays and holidays he doesn’t want cupcakes, cake, sweets, or candy. These cookies are a good alternative to sugar filled cookies and are prefect for babies and toddlers. They are soft almost like biscuits, or muffin tops, but banana sweet. If your baby loves banana as much as ours does than these cookies are sure to be a favorite.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup All Purpose Flour
  • ½ Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/3 Cup Whole Milk
  • 2 Over Ripe Bananas

Directions

Step 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C.

Step 2. Add flour, and baking power to stand mixer. Mix until well combined.

Step 3. Mix in milk, and banana until bananas are completely mashed and batter is smooth.

Step 4. Scoop 3 Tablespoons of batter into one mound per cookie.

Step 5. Bake in oven for 10 minutes or until baked completely threw. Let cool completely before serving.
