Mint Chutney is one of those things at our little chateau that we have a love hate relationship with. The adults love it and the kids want to love it but it’s so spicy for them sometimes. My oldest loved mint chutney as a toddler but we would have to water it down so it wouldn’t be to spicy. Adding two more kids to the mix meant more people who didn’t like spicy foods, and the creation of my non-spicy kid friendly mint chutney recipe. Which replace our love hate relationship with the sauce into a love love relationship.
