Granola is a breakfast, snack, and dessert dish from America. It was invented in the 1800s in New York by a doctor. It is made of mostly oatmeal with nuts and grans and can come in the form of bar, a mix, or a cereal. Ingredients
2 Cups Oatmeal
2 Cups Muesli
½ Cup Pumpkin Seeds
½ Cup Chia Seeds
½ Sunflower Seeds
½ Cup Honey
Instructions
Step 1 – Preheat oven to 350°F/175°C.
Step 2 – Add all dry ingredients to a large bowl and mix until well combine.
Step 3 – Drizzle honey on top of dry ingredients and stir all ingredients are covered in honey and they are clumpy and sticky.
Step 4 – Pour granola mixture onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Spread the granola until it is flat without mounds.
Step 5 – Bake granola in the oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 6 – Remove the granola from the oven and let it cook until room temperature. Break into small crumbles and enjoy.
