Peaches and Cream Puff Pastry Recipe

On those extra business days it nice to have a tasty breakfast start the day stress free. While preparing for the wild day ahead having a fast, easy, and amazing treat can really set the mood for the day. Starting a hard day on the right foot is just what this recipe was made to do. The best part is that when we have extras it is also a good way to relax and end the day, sometimes with ice cream on the side.


  • 1/2 Cup Cream Cheese
  • 2 Crunchy Peaches Sliced
  • 2 Tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 Package Ready Made Puffy Pastry


Step 1

Genially roll out puff pastry

Step 2

Spread cream cheese on top of poof pastry

Step 3

Lay peach slices on top of cream cheese in rows of two leaving the top half of the pastry empty and leave space between the peach rows to cut into triangles later.

Step 4

Mix sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon together in a bowl and sprinkle half of the mixture on top of the peaches.

Step 5

Close pastry and make indents between the row of peaches, you can cut along those lines later.

Step 6

Sprinkle the top with sugar and spice mixture and bake according to the temperature and time on the your puff pastry package.

Step 7

Remove from oven, cut and enjoy.
