There’s something about chocolate chip cookies that give us those warm and fuzzy feelings. They bring back happy memories of holidays, parties, school function, and family gatherings. This recipe is quick and easy to make. The dough doesn’t need to be refrigerated so you can put them together at a moments notice.
- 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 1/2 Cups All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Salted Butter
- 1/4 Cup Pack Light Brown Sugar
- 1 Eggs
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
- 3/4 Cup Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven to 350F°/175C°
In a stand mixer with a dough hook attachment mix all dry ingredients until while combined.
Add wet ingredients and chocolate chips into dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
Divide cookie dough in to 12 balls containing 2 tablespoons of dough each.
Bake cookies at 350F°/175C° for 9 to 12 minutes or until light golden brown. Cookies should be baked enough to pick up when cooled but still soft.
