While going to the store the other day did a double take when I saw they had duck for sell. I haven’t had duck since we moved to Ireland and we all missed it so much. I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to dust off my honey and sesame duck recipe, and the chance to taste duck for the first time in almost a year. We hope you enjoy this old family favorite as much as we do.

- 10 Sprigs Fresh Cut Thyme
- 2 Medium Onions Cut In Half And Sliced
Step 1 Preheat the oven to 350F or 180C/160C/140C Electric/Fan/Gas 😉
Step 2 Place sliced onions in the bottom of a Dutch oven or roasting pan.

Step 4 Mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
Step 5 Brush honey glaze on the entire duck making sure to get a thick layered glaze all over the duck.
