While going to the store the other day did a double take when I saw they had duck for sell. I haven’t had duck since we moved to Ireland and we all missed it so much. I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to dust off my honey and sesame duck recipe, and the chance to taste duck for the first time in almost a year. We hope you enjoy this old family favorite as much as we do.
