Peanut Butter Apple Toast Recipe

Peanut butter was invented in South America and North America. This creamy paste is with sweet and savory and is used in a variety of dishes ranging from sweet, savory, and even spicy dishes. Todays recipe blog is for Peanut Butter Apple Toast a dish that combines sweet and savory elements to make a delicious meal that is great for breakfast, a snack, or even meal on the go.

 

Ingredients

 

1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter

1 Small Red Apple (sliced)

2 Tablespoons Chopped  Walnuts

1 Teaspoon Honey

2 Slices Bread Toasted (use your favorite bread)

 

Step 1 – Use a butter knife to spread the peanut over two slices of toasted bread.

 

Step 2 – Place thinly slice apple pieces on top of the peanut butter.

 

Step 3 – Drizzle honey on top of the apple slices.

 

Step 4 – Sprinkle the chopped walnuts on top of the honey apple slices.

 

Notes – The thinner you slice the apples the easier this will be to eat, especially for toddlers. You can place the chopped walnuts in spaces where the peanut butter is showing or on spots where the honey is to keep them in place. Putting them in a line on the peanut where the apple slices meet keeps them in place and also looks fancy.
