Fruit cocktail is a delicious cold treat and easy to carry around in lunches, for toddlers, or to store away for later. It is made using different kinds of fruit mixed together and is healthy. Well normally it’s healthy but the store bought ones are filled with corn syrup, maltodextrin, a lot of sugar, and other additives that it starts to become unhealthy. We always make our own fruit cocktail at home, we don’t use sugar because fruit is naturally sweet and if we do add a sweet note it always honey. It taste the same as the store bought version but our version is wholesome and easy to make.
