French Tacos Recipe

French Tacos are wrapped grilled tacos that are similar to burritos. The burrito I think they come closest to are California burritos. I say this because they both are always grilled and always have french fries in them. They are shaped differently and the filling and sauce can very in French but the California burrito is always the same. I first had French tacos in France at a small taco shop and they were amazing! Unfortunately these little delicious treats are only made in France and the outlining countries so if we want them we will have to make them ourselves. Likely all the ingredients we need are very easily to come back anywhere in the world. I also made a video tutorial on how to make them here is the link to that video

Step 1 – Spread Greek yogurt into the center of the tortilla in a square shape leaving enough room to be able to to fold tortilla later.

Step 2 – On top of the shredded cheddar cheese place the pulled pork in the same square shape.

Step 3 – Line the French fries on top of the shredded cheese.

Step 4 – Line the French fries in a square shape on top of the cheese.

Step 5 – Place the pulled pork on top of the French fries. Sprinkle with salt and garlic power to taste.

Step 6 – Fold tacos inward by gently pulling each end toward the middle.

Step 7 – In dry pan place one taco folded side down and toast until in it crispy, golden brown, and can hold itself together. Flip and repeat on the other.
