It just wouldn’t be summer without a sweet and smooth strawberry treat. Today we were looking for something light and cool after a long day of gardening and playing outside. As pointed out it doesn’t get much lighter than Eton Mess. This cool and creamy dessert melts in you mouth including the crunchy meringue on top. Invented in 1893 at Eton University this dessert has certainly stood the test of time.
