We generally make this recipe when we have half a head of cabbage left over from the day before even though the recipe calls for a whole head of cabbage. The recipe doesn’t change just the amount of cabbage. We love to serve this to our guest and get a lot of comments about how they didn’t know you could serve cabbage this way. If you would like to surprise someone coming over for dinner cooking vegetables a new and tasty way is a good way to start.
