It has been a over year since we last made focaccia bread. It is sad but true and it has been missed dearly. Focaccia bread is very versatile and can be used to make pizza, and bread for sandwiches or soup. It is light, soft, and so easy to make that for a time it was a staple in our house until we moved to Ireland. I can’t wait to surprise the family with this blast from the past and I hope you enjoy this recipe as well.
